Day to Day:

• Go door-to-door to introduce the company and what it has to offer to potential and existing customers.
• Demonstrate a vast knowledge of the company, product and services.
• Conveniently scheduling homeowners with free in-home estimates.
• Confidently answer questions and attempting to sway opinion.

Requirements:

• Build a connection with homeowners.
• Able to stand and walk for extended hours
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
• Able to maintain a high level of energy and positive attitude

Compensation – Base hourly, uncapped daily bonus, and monthly bonus included!

Base: $18.00/hour

Daily Bonus:

• $75.00 for two issued leads.
• $50.00 per issued lead for leads 3-4.
• $75.00 per issued lead after 5 issued leads.

Average first-year earnings of $50,000 - $70,000, top performers earn over $100k.
